A home inspection is a visual assessment and is not technically exhaustive. We do not guarantee future performance of any system or component. Hidden, concealed, or inaccessible areas are not included in the inspection.
Inspection reports are prepared for the sole use of the client who ordered the service. Reports may not be transferred or relied upon by third parties without written permission.
Payment is due as agreed prior to or at the time of inspection unless otherwise arranged. Prices listed are subject to applicable taxes (HST).
Shield Point Home Inspection’s liability is limited to the cost of the inspection fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
